With concern over the Covid-19 virus developing in so many countries around the world. Our commitment is to adhere to the strictest of W.H.O. advice and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.

The well-being of our guests and our team is our absolute priority, therefore you can be assured that health and safety have our complete attention. Everyone in our team is fully aware of the current requirements and is undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained throughout every aspect of our Studios & Apartments

It is of vital importance for us to be able to ensure that all procedures are in place to support the health and well-being of our guests. Therefore we have been thoroughly trained through many hours of seminars, regarding the safety protocols,
the best cleaning and hygiene options and the necessary precautions against the spread of covid-19.
Also, we are following developments on a daily basis, in order to be up to date with the latest news and measures.

Here are a few of the measures that we will be following.

• Public space: In our public spaces we have placed hand disinfectants. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that the way the apartments and studios are built, helps keep the required physical distance. Each studio & apartment has a private exterior entrance. Also, they have a private balcony and veranda.
• Check-in: The check-in will take place in the exterior yards, as advised by the health protocols.
• Check-in & Check-out: The check out will take place until 11:00 and the check-in after 15:00. In that way, we can ensure that the room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between different guests.
• Cleaning Service: Our staff will be wearing both the necessary and suggested equipment, such as a face mask, disposable gloves and disposable apron. The disposable items will be renewed before entering each room.
• Room Preparation: Before a guest arrives, the room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, following the official guidelines to the letter. That way we can achieve the highest level of hygiene.
• Temperature measurement: Going the extra mile, everyone in our team will be taking their temperature each day, in order to make sure that we are fit to work.
• Questions & Suggestions: If you have any questions or suggestions we would love to hear them.
